The map shows roads, which are coloured red with green shading and black dots, and bridges. It indicates the locations of a saw mill, grist mill and buildings at Murray River. The map shows the Murray Islands. Shore bank is shown with red ink marks. Other shoreline is outlined with yellow. Marshy areas are indicated with blue ink and shading lines. Stippled brown colouring indicates sandy areas. Bodies of water--which include the Gulf of St. Lawrence, South River, Fox River and Murray River--are outlined blue. Coloured bar scale in chains.
