Description
Plan of part of the south moiety of Lot 26, including the property of A. E. C. Holland. Plan drawn by John Clay. The map shows part of the southern half of Lot 26 divided into parcels of land with the names of residents and their acreage amounts. The maps shows roads coloured light brown. Bodies of water--which include creeks, mill ponds, Boquet Cove and Salutation Cove--are coloured or outlined blue. Marshy areas are coloured green with markings to indicate vegetation. The title appears in a circular cartouche. The map has a magnetic north arrow showing the variation for 1764.

Plan of part of Lot 29. 117½ acres of land in the possession of James C. Wright together with several adjoining tracts. Traced from original unsigned plan of Mr Clay by Thos. MacKinlay, June 17, 1882. The map shows 117 ½ acres of land in the possession of James C. Wright, along with some adjoining parcels, near the Crapaud (or Westmoreland) River in Lot 29. Wright's land is outlined in reddish brown. The plan gives the names of residents and acreage amounts on some adjoining parcels. It shows the river and millpond in blue. Roads are coloured light pink. Magentic north arrow with variation for 1764.
