Plan of Lot 20. The map shows Lot 20 divided into parcels of land with names of some residents and some acreage amounts. The map notes freehold land. Shows roads in a light brown colour, marsh areas in green and sandy areas in light brown with stippling. Bodies of water, which include the South West River and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, are coloured blue. Dams on rivers are shown. Compass rose with decorative magnetic north arrow showing variation for 1764.
