The map shows land parcels with the names of owners or occupants and their corresponding numbers of acres handwritten in black ink or in pencil. Other parcels of land are numbered but do not contain names. Bodies of water are outlined in blue. The West River or Elliot River is shown, also Dog River or Nixon River. Handwritten on the lower right corner: This plan is mentioned in the deed to Ewen Cameron of 400 acres, dated 16 Nov. 1819 and registered in Lib. 27 Fol. 147. Other land transactions appear in pencil on the lower left side. Bar scale drawn in chains.
