The map shows Lot 30 drawn in ink and divided into numbered sub-lots ranging from 100 acres to 5000 acres. The smaller sub-lots have names handwritten in ink. On the eastern side of the lot where the smaller sub-lots appear, parts of brooks, creeks and springs are shown. Blaze lines are drawn with dashed lines. Map also includes some of Lot 65 to the east. Bodies of water include Elliot River (West River), Northumberland Strait and Allen Cove (what appears to Canoe Cove). North arrow in upper right quadrant.
