| Details |
The map shows parcels of land with the names of owners or occupants and their corresponding numbers of acres handwritten in black ink. Other numerical figures appear on the parcels in black or red ink. The three estates that comprise the lot--Holland, Stephens and Thomson--are outlined in red, yellow and green, respectively. Roads are shown in orange. Bodies of water, which include the Dunk River and Salutation Cove, are outlined in blue. The marsh area around Salutation Cove is coloured green. Compass rose with North and magnetic north arrows showing variation for 1764.
