The map, which appears to be incomplete, shows Lot 47 divided into parcels of land with names of residents, acreage amounts and land conveyance references. The map shows roads, rivers, streams and ponds. It shows part of the Elmira Branch of the P.E.I. Railway. It has a compass rose, drawn in pencil, with a north arrow showing the magnetic variation for 1764.
