Plan of the eastern division of Lot 51. Montgomery Estate. The map shows the C Division of Lot 51 divided into numbered parcels of land with the names of owners or occupants with their corresponding acreage amounts handwritten in ink or pencil. Most of the parcels measure 100 acres in area. The C Division is outlined in red and two parcels are coloured blue. Roads are shown in light brown, including the road from the Mt. Stewart ferry to Cardigan River where it crosses the estate. Compass rose with north arrow.
