The map shows Lot 46 divided into two parts--Division No. 1 (west) and Division No. 2 (east)--of 10,000 acres each. Division No. 2 is further divided into numbered 1,000-acre parcels. Edges of the southern coast are tinted pink. Shore banks and marshes are indicated with shading. Bodies of water, which include Hervey Cove and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, are outlined with blue. Line scale in chains. North arrow. Map is signed by W. Patterson, Callbeck, Spencer, Wright, Townshend and Dalrymple.
