A plan of the estate of the late Hon. Donald McDonald comprising part of Lots 35 and 36 divided and apportioned into six shares by Messrs. Aldous, Cundall, and Haythorne under power of an agreement made and entered into by the Heirs of the Estate, February 3, 1865. The canvas has 3 maps. The main map shows the northern portion of Lot 36. The first inset shows Lot 35. The second is unidentified because the top portion is missing; however, it shows coordinates for 2 lines. The map also shows bodies of water such as rivers, bays, and gulfs, and roads.

Paper map on cloth backing. The paper is cracked and is peeling away from the cloth. A piece of the map and cloth measuring 33 x 14 cm is missing from the top right corner.
