Physical Description: The map is a paper map on a cloth backing. There is a tear through both the paper and cloth, approx. 10 cm. long, extending from the left edge. A tear through the paper extends from the right edge. Local discolouration. The copy is drawn on drafting cloth.
Details: Plan of part of Lot 40 (No.108). 1068 acres of land, the property of Hon. T.H. Haviland. One of the plans referred to in the Deed from Hon. T.H. Haviland and wife to the Commissioner of Public Lands, 1869. The map also shows roads, and a reference table.
