The map shows the northwestern-most part of Lot 38 that is separated from the rest of the lot by Savage Harbour. It shows the 220-acre Coffin property located at the eastern end of that piece of the lot. Features on the map include: the road to French Village; sand hills or other elevations shown with hachures, depths shown with stippling, marsh areas shown with shading; and wooded areas indicated by small drawings of trees.
