This outline of half of Lot 27 is shows only a few divisions of land drawn in pencil. The half lot is tinted light green with small trees illustrated. Springs are shown. Two roads, to Charlotte Town and to 7 Mile Bay, are shown. The coastal area, which shows Gordon Cove and Gordon Point, is outlined in blue with brown used to represent the shore banks. North arrow near center of map.
