The map shows parcels of land with the names of owners or occupants and their corresponding numbers of acres handwritten in black ink. Other numerical figures appear on the parcels in black or red ink. The Pope and Cunard estates are outlined in yellow and red, respectively. Land labelled as Stewart estate, south of the Cunard estate, is partly outlined in green. Roads are shown in orange. Bodies of water, which include the Northumberland Strait, are outlined in blue. Marsh areas are coloured green with markings. Compass rose with North and magnetic north arrows showing variation for 1764.
